The Parent Course - Newborn Care Only is the last part of the Full Parent Course and is delivered over the last two sessions starting Wednesday 5th February. The Newborn Care sessions will cover: • Calming & Soothing techniques • Practical Baby Care including bathing/dressing & nappy changing • Understanding newborn sleep & safe sleeping • Creating a safe environment for your baby • Postnatal recovery & self-care • Role of partner The Parent Course is ideal to attend from around 28 weeks of pregnancy right up until baby’s birth and we support all birth and parenting choices. The ticket price is for the birthing person plus their birthing partner, but you are welcome to attend on your own or with another birth supporter. IMPORTANT CLASS INFORMATION: Investment: Per birthing couple • Newborn Care (2 x 2.5 hour sessions) £90 When: Wednesday evenings at 7pm- 9:30pm Where: Holyrood Early Years Centre, 233 Thelwell New Rd, Grappenhall, Warrington, WA4 2XT Duration: The Newborn Care sessions are delivered over two x 2.5 hour sessions.
